I've always struggled with my weight. I'm a stress eater.

Working full-time during the pandemic, I literally felt like I had been sitting in a chair since March 2020. I was constantly on calls for work and barely left my office. My husband would bring me three meals a day and I would snack, eating my stress away.

The real "aha" moment for me was my son’s kindergarten graduation last year. I remember when it came time for pictures, I wanted to stand behind everybody, even put my son in front of me. I was doing whatever I could to hide.

Seeing the pictures after, I was heartbroken. I was horrified at what my weight had become.

It was hard, I was disappointed in myself. How did I let this happen? I went home and I called Jenny.

Very quickly the weight started coming off. Seeing those results motivate you to keep on going. It was easy to continue the program because I never felt hungry. I chose Jenny because of the food and the ease of the program. What I didn’t realize was how supportive and enthusiastic the community and coaches were. My coach helps me navigate food choices and she teaches me not to get discouraged. She’s held me accountable in the kindest way.

I love that everything my coach says is realistic. Now I have practical, everyday tools to help me think through my choices and work through each day.

The food is delicious! I absolutely love the breakfast options. They're amazing. The new Farmhouse Breakfast Bowl is incredible. Don't get me started on lunch! The Cheesy Chicken and Rice Bowl — it feels like a guilty pleasure.

I also really love the intermittent fasting portion of the program. It's unbelievable how much better I feel in the morning with the fasting. I never thought I would be able to do it because I was such a late-night snacker. I'm a huge fan, though, and love the Recharge Bar. The Nut & Honey flavor is my favorite!

Jenny Craig has been life changing for me and my family

I work full-time, I'm married, I have a 7-year old. My son just got out of first grade and he's heavily involved with sports and camps this summer. After just the first week of running around this summer, I thought to myself, this time last year I wouldn't have been able to do all of this, the activities and laundry and getting dinner together. But thinking to where I am now, Jenny really has transformed my life.

Now I smile. I'm active on calls. I feel proud of what I've accomplished. I'm proud of the mom I want to be for my son. I even joined a bootcamp! I'm there every morning at 5:30! I'm learning how to be active with my time and with my family.
